• Under any circumstances we never change our policies regarding work quotations.
• We will provide the quotation’s directly to the owners or concerned parties.
• Once we finished all the negotiation regarding the work with the owners or concerned parties that is the final after all the completion of agreements.
• Once agreement finished with in 24 hours, they have to confirmed with the 50% of the money in total project cost.
• By any chance they canceled the project agreement in any sort of condition’s we will not responsible and they have no rights to demand the agreement advance money.

Note: in some conditions we will return back half of the advance money i.e., agreements advance.

Above condition only applicable with in one week of time period.

• Our company will charge extra money and owners will be bearable in some critical conditions, where changes in designs in the project or any natural calamities occurrence.

Note: on changing the project designs by the owner, He should be paid how much cost increased in      

             the total project cost.
